Yesterday my sister Liz and I met at Harvard road and road to the Post Falls Dam. It was a pretty ride though not as pretty as the Washington Side. We rode about 20 miles which puts me at 410.
Quite a ways to go but I am making significant progress. Liz has decided to try and get to a thousand miles this year. We have such a good time riding together although we do get a little side tracked visiting.
She thinks I should keep track of the critters I have seen on the rides
Here is a list thus far
herd of buffalo
deer
Snakes Garter and other scary one....
Birds ...all kinds 2 goldfinch for sure
squirrels
chipmunks
quail = really dumb birds
Turkeys
and last but not least a baby skunk
Today I took the day off but I will be back tomorrow rain or shine.
